Job Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative in the Serve Customer Auto and Property department will be responsible for answering telephones and entering of direct reported losses and any newly received losses and assigning them to the proper adjuster. Requirements include excellent communication skills and data entry skills, a high level of customer service, the ability to multi-task and have the ability to speak with a customer while entering data. CSS/PMS, ACCESS and GroupWise. High School/GED and 1 - 3 Years of Experience.
