Our Retirement Savings Plan includes:
- New employees will be automatically enrolled in the Plan at 3% contributions of eligible pay after 60 days. Employees may choose to contribute more, less, or even nothing.
- Pre-tax employee contributions and 23 investment options.
- A dollar for dollar company match on the first six percent contributed to the plan.
- An annual discretionary employer contribution for employees regardless of participation in the Plan.
